Some people skip breakfast because they think its boring It’s the same bowl of cereals every morning, or the same flavor of oatmeal, eggs every day, a toast with milk or coffee or orange juice.but it doesn’t have to be like that anymore . you can always search for new recipes to stay healthy and have a fun breakfast .
