1. Rice Flour: Rice flour can exfoliate and purify the skin by removing dead skin and it will leave your heels smooth and soft.
• To make this scrub, make a paste of 2 or 3 tablespoons of ground rice, a few drops of apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon of honey.
• Soak your feet in warm water for 10 minutes and gently scrub them with this paste.
2. Rose Water and Glycerin: Glycerin and rose water makes a great treatment for cracked heels. While glycerin softens the skin, rose water adds vitamins A, B3, C, D, and E as well as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties that help heeling cracked heels.
• Just mix equal amounts of glycerin and rose water thoroughly and rub it on your heels and feet daily before going to bed at night.
