Basal cell carcinoma is the least dangerous type of skin cancer.it grows slowly and looks like its Red, pale or pearly in color, appears as a lump or dry, scaly area.

It can be difficult to know whether something on your skin is a harmless mole or normal sun damage, or a sign of cancer.
