Gluten-free Products are designed for a group of people that are sensitive to gluten and not necessarily a healthier option of food. For instance gluten-free pasta is not really healthier than the regular pasta or the whole-wheat pasta, indeed gluten-free pasta could be low in protein and fiber than the regular one. The same goes for bread, cookies, etc. The amount of calories remain the same but you are getting less nutrients which is not as healthy as you think.
So unless you have celiac disease you are not really doing yourself any favor choosing gluten-free products.

3- Tomato Sauce.

Tomato sauce can be a healthy low-calories addition to any meal but if it is made at home freshly without too much added sugar and salt like the packed brands found in the market that contain tons of sodium and sugar that could contribute to bloating and additional calories intake.

4- Agave Nectar.

This sweetener is taken as organic and natural, but indeed natural agave nectar is something basically unheard of. The bottled that you find on markets shelves are loaded with chemically man-made syrups that contain more sugar than high fructose corn syrup.
The thing is, once it is promoted to as something healthy, people take it as it is calorie-free and start using it on everything they eat. Indeed one teaspoon of agave nectar contain 45 calories. You can use other calorie-free sweeteners or even better grounded cinnamon for your morning coffee instead.
