Summer is the time of going out to enjoy the beach, the nature and many other places. However it is also the time when merciless summer heat almost drains you out of your energy and stamina, leaving your skin and hair looking tired and dull.
So, how to make yourself look gorgeous and refreshed in a summer outing without energy draining efforts? These tips will help:
1- Your skin looks blotchy in places and red or dark in others? And you don’t have the time or the energy to apply about ten products to look good? Try a tinted moisturizer to equalize your skin tone.
A tinted sunscreen is also a very good alternative especially if you are going out at day time. Focus on the areas that are most exposed such as your nose, cheekbones, upper lip …etc.
2- Giving your hair natural curls is a hassle when you consider all the ironing, the products, the hairsprays…etc. So instead, why don’t leave your hair until it is almost dry after washing it (no hairdryers), and then you moisturize your hair with a little bit of some natural moisturizer such as olive oil or coconut oil then comb it and pin it into a bun or two if needed.
After a few hours you can unpin it and you will get gorgeous natural looking curls.
3- Do you like the sun kissed tint on your skin but think that self-tanners are a bother and that they can give you skin cancer and unsightly wrinkles? Then why don’t you try body bronzers? And if you don’t intend to show much skin, you can mix a little bit of your liquid bronzer with your regular moisturizer to get a natural looking tan. Try different proportions until you get your favorite color.
