The food allowed before and after exercises

Can you eat before exercises? And what to eat? Or it is preferable to do exercises on an empty stomach? We always ask these question. In the past it was advised not to eat before and after exercises, but today everything is different. Here we will show you what are the foods you can eat before exercises and after them.

*Before exercises:-

Bananas: Bananas do not contain large amount of calories and they give you energy that you need during exercises.

Coffee: Coffee gives you energy and vitality that you need to do exercises. But, make sure to drink a small amount of it or drink it without sugar.

Egg whites: Egg whites facilitate digestion and stimulate it. Also, they are rich in proteins.

Fruit juice: Fruit juice, especially the juice prepared in house and which is mixed with milk contains a large amount of protein and is easy to be digested. So, you can drink it before exercises.

Oats: Oats give you energy and vitality and help to regulate sugar levels in your body. Also, oats help you not to feel tiredness
quickly at exercises.

Apples: Apples are rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that your body needs.

*After exercises:-
Water: Make sure to drink large amounts of water to compensate what your body has lost. After doing exercises by two hours you can eat
theses foods:

Salmon: It is rich in protein and omega -3 which contributes to the rebuilding of the muscles in your body.

Pineapple: Because of its high content of anti- inflammatory, pineapple helps to treat the swelling of joints and muscles.

Sweet potatoes: They are rich in vitamin A and carbohydrates which are useful for your body.

Cherry: Cherry contains a large amounts of antioxidants that protect your muscles from damage.
