Healthy food is a good start for longer, stronger and healthier hair, but it’s not the only way, you will need some support from the healthy habits too to get the best result for your hair. The healthy habits includes a lot of things and the fist thing is drinking water, yes, make drinking water your next healthy habit to have a better health and strong hair. Your life could be busy and you may even forget about drinking the adequate daily amount of water which is 6 to 8 glasses daily, so think about adding this new habit.

Smokers, you put your hair at risk and your entire health for sure, so please try to stop smoking and watch the magical changes that will happen to your hair and your health in general. This one will sound little hard, but try your best to keep the stress and the anxiety away; they could be the reason behind hair loss or weak growth problems. Try your best to keep them away and if you can’t do this try at least to let them out by doing some exercises, yoga or meditation, you will notice massive difference with your hair growth and strength.

Have enough sleeping time about 6 to 8 hours daily and remember to leave your hair loose without any hair clips or elastics to avoid any hair breakage. Give your hair dresser a visit every 2 to 3 months to get a hair trim and remember to tell your hair dresser to only trim your hair ends to maintain your hair length, hair trimming is very important to avoid the split ends.

Like your body, your hair scalp can use some massage time to achieve a better hair growing and you can use some warm and natural oils like coconut or almond to get better results. Combing is something you do at least one or twice everyday, so make sure to avoid combing your wet hair and it’s preferred to use wide toothed comb to avoid any breakage.
