Body fat: The overweight is another cancer risk factor which can be easily prevented if you pay attention to the kinds of foods you eat and increase your physical activity. Body fat can cause different types of cancers such as colon, endometrial, prostate, kidney, and gallbladder cancer.
Staying up late working: Experts say that working late at night can disrupt your body clock and this may cause physical and mental exhaustion as well as sleep deprivation. A study found that women who work night shifts are more vulnerable to get breast cancer. That happens because disruption of the body clock can cause hormonal imbalance.
Lack of Exercise: Aside from the benefits of doing exercises on your heart and shape, it can prevent you from having cancer. According to studies, people who sitting down for a long time are at high risk of cancer. That is because sedentary behaviors lead to a lack of exercise which can trigger chronic inflammation, something that is associated with cancer.
Drinking too much of Alcohol: Drinking alcohol with large servings will lead you to high risk of cancer and many other health problems. Too much alcohol consumption can lead to mouth cancer, throat cancer, esophagus cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer and colon cancer.
