During your shopping, think about buying some healthy frozen foods like, steam in bag vegetables and pre marinated meats. These foods would be a great and easy choice for working people, simply you will put them out the freezer before you go to your work and when you come back it will be ready to be cooked in microwave or oven.
Ok, now you got all the foods you wrote in your list, when you go home start chopping all the vegetables you bought, put them in healthy containers and arrange the foods as you scheduled, I mean put the Sunday foods next to each other, you can even put a label on the containers to distinguish each day’s food from the other, so when you come back from your work you won’t have to search, all what you will do is to simply put the day’s food in the pan and it’s done.
Healthy food doesn’t become healthy just by choosing fresh vegetables and fruits, but by following the healthy cooking tips, so let me tell you some of them. For sure you know that adding too much sugar to foods isn’t something healthy for many reasons like putting on weight for example, but do you know that too much salt leads to the same problems?
