Grind nuts and use them in your breading for baked chicken.
Kids will find it very interesting if they get involved in what they will eat. Asking your child to help you grocery shopping or preparing food at home will make them want to eagerly try that meal .Young children can open packages and wash produce, and as they get older, they can mix up a salad, cut vegetables and help bake or cook.

Use silly names for fruits and vegetables. Make dinnertime fun.
