1 – Easy Pasta
boil the pasta, cut the bacon into pieces and.. Take a saucepan and put the boiled pasta in it and add 2 teaspoons of cheese spread. Keep the saucepan on the flame and add bacon. Keep on stirring and Heating it to melt the cheese.
2 – Black-Bean-Smothered Sweet Potatoes
1 oz. canned black beans rinsed
2 teaspoons, extra virgin olive oil
2, medium-sized sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons, reduced-fat sour cream
1, medium-sized tomato diced
½ teaspoon, ground cumin
¼ teaspoon, salt
½ teaspoon, ground coriander
2 tablespoons, fresh cilantro chopped
Microwave the potatoes until they are tender. mix the beans, tomato, oil, cumin, coriander, and salt; microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. slice the potatoes halfway. Stuff the bean mixture into the potatoes. top them with sour cream. Garnish it with the cilantro.
3 – Curried Squash and Chicken Soup
1 (10 oz.) packet, winter squash (chunks)
8 oz., boneless, skinless chicken breast (thinly sliced)
½ cup, lite coconut milk
½ cup, water
1 teaspoon, Thai red curry paste
¼ teaspoon, salt
1 (6 oz.) bag, baby spinach
2 teaspoons, lime juice
2 teaspoons, brown sugar
Start by heating the squash, coconut milk, and water, for 12-15 minutes Add the chicken and simmer the mix for 5 minutes. Stir in the spinach, lime juice, brown sugar, curry paste, and salt. simmer until the chicken is cooked .
4 – Chicken & Green Bean Vermicelli Noodles
125 g dried rice vermicelli noodles
2 teaspoons of olive oil
1 brown onion
2 chicken breasts
1 red capsicum
2 celery sticks
200 g green beans
120g baby corn
2 garlic cloves
5 cm of ginger
1 bunch of bok choy leaves
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of sweet chili sauce
boil the noodles then drain the water. Add chicken to a wok and stir fry. Then, place it in a plate and add onion, carrot, beans, corn, celery, garlic, and capsicum. Mix water and bok choy in the mixture and cook it for 2 minutes. Now, add the noodles, sweet chili sauce, and soy sauce .
