First of all , If you are a smoker and pregnant you must stop smoking immediately as it can lead to a miscarriage. If you find it hard to quit you can always get medical help .

Its normal that you visit the toilet more frequently than you used to , but you shouldn’t cut down your intake of fluids to avoid that .Having enough fluids is very important to wash away bacteria in our body. In order not to be disturbed with these, you should increase your fluids during the day and limit it during the night.

moreover ,You must avoid infections by all means .one of the common infections during pregnancy is the urinary tract infection which can be dangerous to an unborn child , you should drink a lot of fluids to avoid this and also do not engage in any sexual contact until you are treated . you must consult your doctor to avoid any dangers like miscarriages

Exercise is good both for the mother and the baby, it decreases the risk of diabetes. It also provides easier labor. Thirty minutes of exercise daily is enough for you but if dizziness, faintness and shortness of breaths are felt during exercise then you should stop immediately..

Your baby will wait for breakfast since they might wake up in the middle of the night. That’s why you should never skip eating breakfast and it should be as healthy as possible as it’s the most important meal of the day

Make sure that you are getting enough food and nutrients It takes 4-6 servings of dairy a day for a healthy pregnancy, you can eat cheeses, milk, yogurt. These are important food items as the baby will need the calcium . likewise ,eating Vegetables is a good choice, so are sweet potatoes. It gives your body the power and energy that it needs for everyday activity
